حملة منظمة حرية المرأة للمطالبة بمحاسبة الجناة في اغتصاب وقتل نيجار رحيم في مدينة السليمانية من قبل ذويها




المساواة
اطلقت منظمة حرية المرأة في العراق حملة للمطالبة بتحقيق العدالة من خلال محاسبة الجناة الا وهم ذوي الضحية نيجار رحيم الذين قتلوها بالسكين بعد ان اغتصبها اخوها حين تسلمهم اياها من مركز شرطة السليمانية بداعي الحفاظ على شرف الأسرة في العشرين من شهر تموز 2012. هم يفضلون شرف الاسرة على عن الانسان وحياتة وكرامته وحقوقه! اطلقت الحملة عالميا الناشطة هوزان محمود ممثلة المنظمة في لندن والتي ستطاعت ان تستقطب الكثير من الموقعين كالناشطين بمجال حقوق الانسان والمرأة تحديدا وعدد كبير من المثقفين والمحامين والفنانين ورجال الاعمال وغيرهم من مختلف الجنسيات سعيا لتشكيل ضغط على المسؤولين من ممثلي حكومة كردستان ومن ثم الحكومة العراقية لوضع حد لهذه الجرائم المرتكبة بحق المرأة من قبل الاهل اولا والمجتمع ثانيا من خلال سن قانون يحمي المرأة وتطبيقه فعليا وبشكل صارم.
نيجار رحيم تلك الضحية البالغة من العمر 15 عاما التي اغتصبت على يد اخ لم ينل عقابه وقتلت على يد اخٍ آخر لم ينل عقابه ايضا باسم الشرف! نيجار هي واحد من الكثير من الضحايا بسبب الاعراف والتقاليد القبلية التي تضطهد المرأة وتستلب ابسط حقوقها حتى تدفع الثمن حياتها ولو كان الجاني فردا من عائلتها. كانت نيجار قد اعتقلت من قبل الشرطة مع اخيها المغتصب ببداية هذا العام، وكان قد حكم عليه بالسجن لمدة عشرين عاما لكن وبسبب مفاوضات قام بها اخوها الآخر وبعد توقعيه على عريضة (عدم التعرض لنيجار) مع المركز وبهذا تمكن من اطلاق سراح شقيقه المغتصب بكفالة بعد ستة اشهر بعد الحماية التي عرضت لها من قبل المديرية هي وطفلها لمدة ستة اشهر بعد ولادتها للطفل الذي حملت به من شقيقها المغتصب.
" اعترفت الضحية امام الشرطة بان المولود الذي وضعته في المستشفى هو نتيجة تعرضها للاغتصاب على يد أخيها، لكن الشرطة اخفت المعلومة عن الرأي العام، وسلمت الفتاة لذويها الذين قتلوها قبل يوم من الجلسة الاولى لمحاكمة شقيق الضحية بتهمة الاغتصاب" حسب وكالة السومرية نيوز
